Forms & Client Safety Details:
Your health and safety is our priority. We take great care to reduce exposure to germs by effectively cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas & tools after every appointment.
Because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19 and FLU. We take precautions before, during, and after every client session.
That includes:
- All surfaces/tools/equipment sanitized between appointments
- Access to hand sanitizer
- Contactless check-in & payment options
You will be emailed a link to fill out a New Client Form if applicable. PhysioWellness uses HIPPA Compliant software, Massage Book to manage forms, client information, appointments, and scheduling. Forms will be emailed and/or texted to you before your appointment(s).
